IT Services is launching a new IT Service Management application called Team Dynamix (TDX). TDX will go live on Monday 7/24/23. You can log in with Single Sign On. TDX replaces ServiceNow and will be the central hub we use to track and resolve technology issues and requests. We are committed to a process of continual improvement to best serve our campus community. We’re excited about the opportunities this implementation provides ITS and the campus.
