- give your item a clear, concise title;
- spell-check your writing;
- include at least one category — General Announcements, Events, Faculty/Staff Activities, Students (please mention if the item may be of interest to students), Congratulations, Thank You, Union (please specify CSEA, UUP, PEF, GSEU, NYSCOPBA, Council 82, and/or M/C)
- double check your dates, days, deadlines, links and venues; and
- include any attachments in Word (doc) format *(Note – PDFs will not be included in the Bulletin for accessibility reasons)
Items will be posted one time. The college, at its discretion, may edit Bulletin submissions and use Bulletin submission content in other communications.
