In our ongoing effort to enhance our services to the college, the Registrar’s Office has developed an automated system to track and process Individual Course Enrollments. This new process is now live! We have created a video tutorial that provides a helpful demonstration of the step-by-step application, notification and approval process for both students and faculty.
Students will be able to launch this form directly from the Registrar’s Office website from the Online Forms tab. Faculty will receive notification emails when they must review a form and can access the individual requests through a link in the email. Everyone will also be able to access these forms from the “ONE Stop Forms” link in myOneonta on the left-hand navigation.
This is the first automated form we are releasing, and we will continue to add more automated forms and processes in the coming months. Over time, these automated forms will replace our .pdf forms and manual entry processes.
