Gina Keel publishes book chapter

Gina Keel (Political Science) published “The Competitive Politics of Labeling Genetically Modified Foods, Now Bioengineered Foods,” a book chapter in Food Labeling: Politics and Policies in the United States, edited by Courtney Thomas and Joshua Oliver. Keel’s chapter analyzes the narrative strategies ofenvironmental and industry advocacy coalitions in their genetically-modified food labeling battles across legal and legislative venues.
